Unlike previous shipments, Mr. Narek didn't need immediate delivery for this order. After discussing with him, we agreed on a cost-saving option by opting forland transportationinstead ofexpedited shipping. This allows us to meet his needs efficiently without the rush of air freight, which further reduces costs for both parties.
